Founded in 1995 by Genshin Oyakawa, Deigo has been serving traditional Japanese ramen in Mexico City for nearly three decades. The Insurgentes location runs 24/7, making it one of the few places in the city where you can get a proper bowl of tonkotsu or miso ramen at 4am.

The 14-seat bar setup mirrors a classic Japanese ramen counter. Signature bowls include the Corn Bata Miso and Shogayaki Ramen, both served with rich broth and fresh toppings. The location also connects to Deigo Sushi next door, so you can combine menus if you want sushi alongside your ramen.

Portions are filling, and the spot is dog-friendly in the back seating area. Expect waits on weekends and holidays — reservations help. Sapporo beer is available at the Insurgentes and Roma branches.
