Temporal builds its menu around seasonal ingredients, swapping dishes as produce comes in and out — hence the name. The contemporary Mexican kitchen turns out goat cheese ravioli with gorgonzola, red wine, and spinach; rabbit tacos; duck barbacoa; lamb shoulder stew; and smoked and roasted tomato soup with fresh goat cheese. The menu shifts often enough to keep regulars coming back, and the chef team knows how to nail the cook on proteins.
