Tacos Manolo

The signature Taco Manolo — a heavily loaded alambre-style mix of chopped beef, cheese, and onions griddled into something between a taco and a melted pile of comfort — is what people come back for, though it's not for everyone (it's admittedly greasy, and portions are generous). The beef tacos, costilla, and suadero huaraches round out the menu, along with pastor and nopales on the side.

Open from mid-afternoon until well past midnight most nights, this Narvarte spot fills up on weekends and spills onto the street. The horchata is excellent, the green and red salsas (plus the pickled onion with lime and chile) do the work, and they accept cards. Closest metro is Eugenia.
