Ryoshi Masaryk is a restaurant-bar that stretches Japanese high-cuisine beyond the expected, with a sushi and robata bar backed by top-shelf sake and spirits. The bonsais de brócoli (broccoli bonsais) and Tiger Roll are what regulars come back for, alongside standouts like the camarones roca (rock shrimp) and ribeye rolls. The ronqueo de atún — a whole tuna-cutting ceremony — is a full experience, not just a meal.
