MIAN&BAO brings traditional Sichuan flavors to Polanco, making noodles and dumplings from scratch daily. The kitchen doesn't tone down the heat — expect authentic Sichuan spice levels across the menu of fideos, dumplings, and xiaolongbao (soup dumplings).

The space is small and currently operates limited hours (noon to 7pm), so plan accordingly. Order the xiaolongbao and any of the hand-pulled noodle dishes.
