This 1754 colonial mansion sits steps from Templo Mayor with a rooftop terrace that overlooks the Catedral Metropolitana from behind — positioning that keeps the sun off the tables most of the day. The building has three floors: a bar on the ground level, an event space on the second, and the terrace above, where tables are spaced wide enough to feel comfortable.
The menu covers classic Mexican plates alongside cocktails leaning on mezcal and tequila. The mazapán martini shows up often. Portions are moderate, and the mole holds its own. If you're visiting on a weekend morning or afternoon, the terrace is the move — it's a solid stop after walking the Centro Histórico, though keep in mind there's no elevator and the stairs add up.
