This Reforma-Soc sushi bar emphasizes counter seating where you can watch the chefs prepare each roll in front of you. It's designed as a traditional Japanese sushi bar — more intimate and quieter than its Arcos Bosques and Mitikah siblings — with dim lighting, low noise levels, and room for around 30 diners.

The standout is the Tiger Roll, followed closely by the salmon spicy roll and rock shrimp. Save space for the Dubai mochi, a highlight among the desserts, or the macadamia cheesecake. The omakase experience is available at the counter, where chefs guide you through recommendations on preparation and pairings.

Reservations are recommended — the space fills up easily, especially weekends. Valet parking is available at the small commercial plaza. Expect to spend on the higher end.
