Goguinara brings authentic Korean barbecue to Juárez with both charcoal and gas grills built into each table. The menu runs deep on marinated short ribs, bibimbap, and kimchi, with generous portions and a solid selection of soju flavors to wash it all down. The banchan (small side dishes) come with every grill order, though portions run on the smaller side compared to Seoul standards.

The space is cozy and family-friendly, with storage cubbies under the benches and a quick-moving team that keeps the grill plates swapped out. Expect a 15-minute wait during peak lunch and dinner hours, especially on weekends. The udon and tteokbokki (spicy rice cakes) are solid alternatives if you're not grilling, and the green tea frappé and cheesecake make a good finish.
