This 50-story, 207-meter skyscraper — still commonly called Hotel de México after its original incarnation — is the city's third-tallest building and one of its most recognizable landmarks on Insurgentes Sur. Built as a massive mixed-use complex, it houses over 900 offices, convention and expo halls, the Pepsi Center arena, a Sears department store, a Chedraui Selecto supermarket, cinemas, banks, and a handful of restaurants including IHOP, P.F. Chang's, and Krispy Kreme.
The standout feature is the rotating restaurant at the top — recognized as the world's largest — offering 360-degree views of the city. The complex hosts major expos year-round, from bridal fairs to comic conventions to industry trade shows, and the underground parking and valet service make it easy to navigate events. Security is tight, evacuation routes are well-marked, and the space is designed to handle large crowds efficiently.
