Tori Tori Polanco operates out of a striking space designed by Rojkind Arquitectos, an architectural statement that earned international recognition for its modern lines and soaring interiors. The menu runs deep — from simple nigiri and sashimi to marinated tuna rice bowls, sushi cakes layered with crispy rice, and butter-simmered clams that show up again and again on tables across the dining room. The Alaska roll is a standout, as are the garlic fried rice and the seaweed salad.

The space is large, airy, and set to an electronic music soundtrack that gives the room energy without overwhelming conversation. Reservations are available through Resy and recommended, especially for weekend dinners. There's a second location on Anatole France nearby.
