Perched on the top floor of a building on Avenida Chapultepec, Toledo Rooftop delivers direct views of the Paseo de la Reforma skyline from an open-air terrace outfitted with heaters for cooler nights. The cocktail menu leans on mezcal and creative mezcalitas, and the space is split between a dining zone and a drinks-only lounge area with an electronic music soundtrack — house and afrobeats most nights.

The kitchen turns out ceviche, a solid burger, and tacos alongside shareable plates like French fries and pizza. Hookah is available if you're in the mood. Reservations recommended for larger groups, especially on weekends. Hours are 1pm to midnight Sunday through Tuesday, 1pm to 2am Wednesday through Saturday.
