Teatro Xola Julio Prieto

Teatro Xola Julio Prieto has been a fixture of Del Valle for over 50 years, hosting theater, symphonic concerts, and live performances in a 501-seat hall. The single-level space keeps sightlines clear from every seat, and the acoustics work well for both dialogue and orchestral music.

The box office is in an adjacent building outside the main entrance. Parking is tight — there are paid lots on Nicolás San Juan nearby, and limited street spots that fill quickly, especially around show times. Arrive early, or take the Metrobús; the theater sits between Etiopía and Amores stations.
