Power Flow Yoga

Power Flow Yoga has run on a donation-based model for 16 years, making it one of the most accessible yoga studios in the city. Classes run from power and rocket to vinyasa and hatha, taught by experienced instructors like Diego, Mar, and Amairani, who rotate through the week and know how to work with students at different levels.

The studio is on the top floor of a building on Uruapan, so expect a few flights of stairs before class — part of the ritual. Props are available, and you can rent a mat if you don't have one. Message the Instagram before heading over to reserve your spot, especially on weekends.
