Pacheco Taproom

The official tap room for Cerveza Pacheco sits right at the entrance to Mercado Roma, pouring the brewery's own beers alongside a rotating selection of guest taps and bottled craft options. The Nebulosa IPA gets consistent orders, and the seasonal pan de muertos (dead bread) mead is worth trying when it's on. They also stock fermented experiments beyond beer—mead, cider, and whatever else the brewers are tinkering with.

The setup is simple: a bar and a handful of tables facing the market's main corridor, which means easy access to the food stalls inside—Indian, Chinese, pizza, and more. Live music some evenings, typically Thursdays or weekends around 8pm.
