Guadalajara de Noche anchors Plaza Garibaldi with a full Mexican folklore show — mariachi, ballet folklórico, prehispánic dance, a jaripeo stage act, and a Juan Gabriel impersonator — presented twice nightly at 8pm and 10pm. The spectacle runs continuously, so you can catch the full rotation even if you arrive mid-show, with each set representing different regional traditions from across Mexico.

The restaurant occupies a 19th-century building and serves traditional Mexican food — enchiladas suizas, mixed grills, alitas — though the real draw is the live entertainment and the chance to dance cumbia between sets.
