Guadalajara de Noche anchors Plaza Garibaldi with a full Mexican folklore show — mariachi, ballet folklórico, prehispánic dance, a jaripeo stage act, and a Juan Gabriel impersonator — presented twice nightly at 8pm and 10pm. The spectacle runs continuously, so you can catch the full rotation even if you arrive mid-show, with each set representing different regional traditions from across Mexico.
The restaurant occupies a 19th-century building and serves traditional Mexican food — enchiladas suizas, mixed grills, alitas — though the real draw is the live entertainment and the chance to dance cumbia between sets. The bar carries cerveza and cocktails at moderate prices. Reservations are recommended on weekends when the space fills quickly.
