Gita Studio

This Roma Norte yoga studio brings together power, rocket, hatha, and flex-and-core classes with sound healing, breathwork sessions, and chromotherapy in two dedicated studios. The chromatherapy room adds shifting colored light projections to the practice, and the space includes lockers for your belongings, complimentary tea after class, and water stations for refilling bottles.

Gita is pet-friendly — your dog can wait for you at reception while you're in class. Lululemon mats are provided and cleaned between sessions, so you can leave yours at home. Sunday morning sound healing sessions are particularly popular.
