Despecho San Ángel

Despecho San Ángel is a sing-along bar where you belt out heartbreak classics with live singers, surprise imitators, and the venue's signature cowboys leading the crowd. Open Thursday through Saturday from 7pm to 2am, the space packs tables close together — reservations recommended — and the collective singing builds as the night goes on.

Expect to order at least one food item along with drinks (cocktails run moderately priced, bottles available). The space gets hot when it's full, and servers typically suggest a 10% tip. Late-night chilaquiles sometimes appear around 2:30am. Microphones and sombreros available for purchase if you want to lean all the way in.
