Cyprez Roma Tap Room

Cyprez brings its award-winning craft beer portfolio to Roma Sur with this dedicated tap room on Tonalá. The brewery has racked up multiple medals, and the tap list regularly rotates through six or more of their own brews on draft — the Imperial Red Ale is a standout, and their recent IPA releases (West Coast, Session, Hazy) have all landed well.

The food menu is simple but solid: tuna tostadas, cochinita pizza, and a must-order cajeta cheesecake for dessert. It's a small, low-key space that fills up with locals midweek, especially by early evening. Reasonably priced, pet-friendly, and open Wednesday through Saturday from 1:30pm to 10:30pm.
