Con Pausa

Con Pausa operates inside Casa Basalta, a concept house set in one of Roma Norte's landmark Porfirian-era buildings. The studio offers a full range of yoga styles — Vinyasa, Dharma, Air Yoga, and sound bath sessions — taught in both Spanish and English by instructors who adapt for mixed-level classes. Mats and props are provided at no extra charge.

Classes run throughout the day, with early-morning and evening slots filling up quickly on weekends. The space stays clean and well-maintained, and the front desk handles bookings through Mindbody, Fitpass, and Gympass. Reserve ahead if you're planning for peak hours.
