This Roma Norte Buddhist center offers a full slate of yoga classes, meditation sessions, and Buddhist study courses — all at accessible prices — in a peaceful two-story space on the corner of Jalapa and Tabasco. Teachers are well-trained in both the physical practice and the philosophy behind it, making this more of a school than a drop-in studio.

Beyond the scheduled classes, the center hosts talks, workshops, retreats, and ceremonies, plus a shop stocked with books on Buddhism and yoga, incense, Tibetan singing bowls, meditation cushions, and yoga mats. Class packages are available at a preferential rate with two-month validity, and you can book sessions via WhatsApp. Bring your own mat if possible, though loaners are on hand.
