CARPE POLANCO operates inside Pádel Co on Lago Andrómaco, offering indoor cycling, functional training, Pilates, and a new contrast therapy experience with dry sauna and cold plunge. The studio runs on a hybrid training model — classes are intense, equipment is well maintained, and sessions end with a cold aromatherapy towel.
The space is open Monday through Thursday from 6am to 10pm. Coaches rotate across cycling and functional core classes, and the studio also connects to the CONTRAST recovery setup. Book online through the website.
