A 600-square-meter warehouse in Juárez that fuses Patagonian fire cooking with Mexican tacos and throws in six ping-pong tables while you wait. Candelaria blends a social club atmosphere with flame-grilled meats — try the picaña and campechano tacos, or the grilled vegetables if you're skipping meat. The tepache-based drink El Diablo is a standout, made with ginger soda and a shot of espresso.
