Opened in 1977 as one of the first bowling alleys in the country, Bolerama Coyoacán runs 46 lanes across a sprawling Del Valle space. The screens and scoring system are modern and intuitive, the shoe rentals are in good shape, and the food menu covers the basics — the cheese fries are a solid bet. DJs set the mood some nights, and themed events (Mario Bros, among others) pop up on the calendar.
Weekday afternoons are the quietest window. Parking is shared with neighboring businesses and can fill up fast on weekends. Drinks run 2-for-1 on select days, and the pours are generous. Arrive early or expect to wait for a lane during peak hours.
